⏰ Schedule – Saturday, Oct 20th
8:30 AM: Check-in
9:00 AM: Rules for Ages 10-15 (No modifications for younger ages)
9:30 AM – 11:30 AM: 100M Preliminary Course Runs for Ages 10-15 (2 runs per person)
12:00 PM: Rules for Ages 16+
12:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Rules and 100M Preliminary Course Runs for Ages 16+
2:30 pm Finals if any groups larger than 4 people
Teams are canceled due to shortened schedule for weather

Competition Structure:
Two qualification runs; best time counts
Top 8 males and females in each age group advance to Semi-Finals Top 4 finalist!
Trophies & Awards for top finishers in each age category
Top competitors in11U, 13U, 15U will be recognized but only top 8 in the 10-15 youth advance

Youth (10-15), Teen Junior (16-19), Adult Senior (20-39), Masters (40+), Veterans (60+), Pro Elite (10+)

🏃‍♂️ Bring out the whole family and compete as a family or individually on the very first 100M Course in the USA, located in beautiful Colorado Springs at Lost Island Warrior gym. Celebrate some fun together as a family before school starts back up again!

Schedule of Events: We have adjusted time schedule according to registered participants
8:30 am to 11:00 am: RULES begin at 8;30 am for Individual Runs for ages 5-12 (2 runs per person, 5-8 year olds will have a modified course and will go first )
Youth divisions 12 and under (5-8 and 9-12)
CHALLENGES open for best scoring from 9 am to 2 pm
11:00 am to 12:00 pm: Individual Runs for Teens and Adults (13 and up) and FINAL RUNS for top 3 youth male and female
12:15 pm to 2:15 pm: Team Relays & Family runs
2:15 pm: FINAL AWARDS and challenge competition winners announced
2;30 pm to 4:00 pm: RAIN EXPECTED but Open Play on the Course if not raining (Cost is $15 or $25 per family or free if member)

📋 How it works:
Everyone runs a preliminary run and gets two runs. Best score is taken. You can opt out of second run if you like your first run
Top 3 male and female in each category Youth 12 and under move on to finals. There are not many teens to have a finals but everyone gets 2 runs for top spots!
Top 3 race for the top 3 spots based on time.
Top 3 in each age group get medals and prizes for both male and female divisions. 4th and 5th also get medals and prizes
Top kids in ages 5-8 will get prizes after the wave is done.
Winner of challenges will be announced during the final awards.
For team events, each runner does 3 obstacles on the course for teams of 4
Teams of 2 split course however you like but do 6 obstacles each
For Family events, each runner does at least 2 obstacles minimum, and distribute the best way for your family!

🏃‍♂️ Team Relay Categories:
Youth teams must be 12 or under: (Mixed, Male, Female)
Teen Youth Teams must all be 13-17: ( Mixed, Male , Female)
Adult Teams (all must be 18+): ( Mixed, Male, Female)

Family Teams:
Family Team (1 must be over 18, 1 must be under 12, and at least 2 must be related)
Family Adult Team (all family members are 14 or older)
Family Youth Team (all siblings are under 17)

Two Person teams
Youth 12 and under (Male, Mixed, Female)
Adults 13 and up (Male, Mixed, Female)
Parent-child (One must be 21 or older one must be under 18) any gender

🥇 Top Team in each category gets MEDALS, Recognition to top 3 in each team category
