Cohasset families have enjoyed the splendor of the wonderful white sand at Sandy Beach for decades. The Association manages the beach operations including a large scale annual clean-up, full-time staffing of life-guards, daily cleaning and maintenance as well as other administrative expenses. The adjacent parking lot is town owned and a parking permit is required.

Sandy Beach is ready for summer! ☀️
We’re excited to kick off the season this Saturday. The beach will be open daily from 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with lifeguards on duty and restrooms available.
The snack bar will open for the season next Saturday, June 13, and will be open most days from 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
A few important reminders:
• All cars must have a valid beach sticker attached to the windshield to enter and park in the lot.
• Please clean up after yourselves and use the trash barrels in the parking lot.
• If the barrels are full, please take your trash home. Keeping Sandy Beach clean helps everyone enjoy our beautiful shoreline.
