From builder grade to upgrade

This customer. Contacted me about doing two bathrooms. This is the downstairs. Needless to say they can’t wait till I start on the upstairs 🙌🏽

Fl**ge and toilet bend was causing leaking into the kitchen. When I cut it down I seen so much flex seal, duct tape, plumbers putty being used over the year to stop the leak. I did my best to salvage the hub of the fitting so I wouldn’t have to re run the plumbing to all drains in the bathroom. Was meticulous but I got it done.
