GIVING TUESDAY!! I gotta go back in the archives. . .

and I kicked off a "Writes of Passage" hip-hop song writing program at Marion Sterling Elementary school. We asked who's voice I was scratching on and one said Eminem. He probably thought I was Eminem, not the voice.

Either way, we used the turntables to eminate MLK's message. "Now is the time. . . to lift our nation from the quick sands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood." - MLK

Thanks to for allowing me to use this beat to celebrate Black History Month alongside him throughout February.
