This honor is long overdue!

For more than 8 years, Hanah has been a part of the Embolden family. Through school, injuries, career changes, marriage, and now motherhood, she has remained one of the most consistent faces in our gym. While we’ve loved watching her grow as an athlete, it’s been even more special to watch her grow into an incredible wife and mother.

Hanah is the definition of determined. When she sets her mind to something, she finds a way to make it happen. Her work ethic and positive attitude inspire everyone around her. No matter what season of life she’s in, she shows up ready to put in the work.

We’re grateful for the impact Hanah has had on our community and proud to celebrate her as our Athlete of the Month. Congratulations, Hanah. This recognition is well deserved! 💪❤️

🔥 DELOAD WEEK IS HERE 🔥

Before we kick off our next strength cycle, we’re taking a strategic deload week to recover, reset, and prepare for what’s next.

But don’t get the wrong idea…

Deload does NOT mean easy. 😅

This week we’ll be taking on variations of the 2026 Mayhem Classic workouts featuring:

💪 Barbell cycling
🏃 Longer conditioning pieces
🤸 Gymnastics stamina
🔥 Engine building workouts
🤝 Partner workouts

Plus, the June Burpee Challenge kicks off Wednesday with 12 minutes of burpees over the bar. Are you ready?

Use this week to focus on movement quality, smart pacing, and having fun with the community before we launch into our next training cycle.

Week 8 of Lift Club is here.

After two months of building strength, refining positions, and learning to move with confidence under the bar, this week is about showing off the work you’ve put in.

Heavy lifts should still look smooth, controlled, and intentional.

It’s also Murph day at CrossFit Embolden.

Now’s the time to think through pacing, partitioning, vest strategy, and recovery heading into one of the most meaningful workouts of the year.
