The concept of Physical Age versus Biological Age is a cool perspective to make sense of with intent to fully comprehend in detail.
In summary, there are behaviors which have been evidenced to maintain the length of telomeres and slow their rate of shortening which comes with each pass through the cell cycle. There are behaviors which are evidenced to speed up the rate at which telomeres shrink with each pass through .
Light is a form of electromagnetic radiation that exerts a force, in many different ways, when discussing how light interfaces with the human CNS over a time period.
Traditional, ancient cell phones were a godsend on so many levels of professional existence .... but even they direvtlt created Physiological Problems for their user.
