Who's ready for Challenge 2?! 🙋‍♀️ With the weather warming up and all of the buzz about backyard BBQs, we figured we'd give you a fun, and creative, option for the 2nd challenge of our BYO series...a crumble!
We love crumbles because they are basically pie without having to make your own pie crust AND they can be customized to use the fruit you have or any fruit your heart desires! The picture shows the beginning of a blueberry, rhubarb, nectarine crumble, but we've made berry crumbles, and strawberry mango crumbles, and mango rhubarb crumbles, and so many more...the sky is the limit. You can swap in whatever sweeteners you want and really build the flavor profiles into exactly what you want them to be! For full instructions and a list of ingredients, go to the . Don't forget to let your crumble cool before eating and share your pics!
“At the end of the day we are only accountable to ourselves - our success is the result of what we do.” - Catherine Pulsifier
What a great way to introduce this week’s leadership theme of accountability! Accountability is a key part of leadership. It’s important because it builds trust. Being accountable means that you’re willing to make a commitment and be responsible for your own actions. When done right, a leader who practices accountability can inspire confidence in others. Accountability not only improves your relationship with others, but also yourself! Stay tuned this week to learn how we teach our campers accountability!
