Over the past month I've noticed a few inoperable sump pumps that have been out of service for awhile. When purchasing a property the buyer should have a general understanding of the components in a home, along with the recommended maintenance.

There were numerous water issues that could have been avoided by understanding the purpose of the system installed. encourages any and all questions during the walk-through. An informed buyer is a confident buyer.
