Some of you may have notice, some not…but I’ve kind of been m.i.a…

Depression, anxiety and panic attacks have been whoopin my ass!! This is nothing new, I just hide it very well. So, no I was not ignoring messages, I was fighting against myself. As a mother, we don’t have time to be in a rut, so it makes it an even harder fight. No, I did not try to harm myself, but everyday waking up to attempt to even do the simplest things was hard as hell. I’m slowly getting out of this 3 or so week of depression, but I just wanted to speak out. So many people are afraid to talk about mental illness, but this s**t is real. Please take care of yourself and check in with your friends and family…even if they seem “okay.” Seek help if you need to. Therapy has been a huuuge help!!

I got this tattoo a few months ago to remind myself to just breathe…things will get better! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
