I actually had a couple days that I wasn’t busy with lead paint testing and school so was able to get back to doing what I love. Trashing out properties is one of my favorite things.

This isn’t the best pic but it represents something pretty amazing. It’s Mark Jenkins G Wagon parked next to Anup Garg’s Bentley at a networking event. We started at the bottom and have been clawing our way upwards for the past 3 years. It hasn’t been easy. Lots of work, long days, worrying about money, rehabs, closings, challenging personalities, problem tenants, navigating partnerships and employees. Anup has played a big part in our success. We’re very grateful for the people around us, the friends who we consider family. We’re all getting after it. Cheers to everyone out there chasing a dream and getting closer to it every day. And I need to wrap this up before I fall asleep haha!

Today we walked a property that was cited for lead paint violations. It’s much harder to get back into good standing with the city once they know you aren’t taking the precautions to keep the kiddos safe from lead poisoning.
