I thought I would love forever. Most of us do when they are young and enjoying life. But let me tell you something people told me what I am about to tell you because it was the truth. "Love is short. One day you are going to wake up and ask yourself where it went. I did. Older people told me the same thing when I was young and I didn't believe them. Anyway, here I am at 60 years old. Technically I have a foot already in the grave. If I get another 10 years I'll be happy. And to think that in as short as 10 years I could be dead and gone. Makes you really wonder about life and it's mysteries doesn't it?"✌️
