A first meditation with a new gong is never just about discovering new sound. It is about discovering a new relationship.
This Nepalese 100 cm gong, rich with sacred geometry and ancient symbolism, invited me tonight into a deep practice of listening. Not only with the ears, but with the heart, the body, and the quiet places of spirit.
As its tones emerged, the overtones moved through the chest, the bones, and the breath. It felt like a conversation beyond words. Each vibration arrived as a teaching. Each shimmer invited me to soften and receive.
I look forward to continuing this relationship one session at a time through presence, reverence, and deep listening.
O Adonai
December 18
O Adonai,
Holy Name beyond names,
Presence revealed in fire and silence,
Wisdom that speaks from the depths of being,
calling toward freedom,
guiding through uncertainty and change.
This is the voice that rises wherever
conscience awakens,
where the cry of suffering is heard,
where liberation begins.
Law here is not domination,
but orientation.
Not control,
but a path that aligns life with truth.
As you listen,
let the sound become a threshold,
a meeting place between mystery and meaning,
between what binds and what frees.
Remain with the resonance.
Attend to what is being illuminated.
Follow the flame that does not consume.
🕯️ O Adonai, presence of guidance and liberation, draw all beings toward freedom.
Ave Maria | Gregorian Chant + Gong Meditation
Gregorian chant is often overlooked in the world of modern sound healing.
This is my offering to bridge the sacred past with the present moment.
Listen with headphones.
Let it wash over you.
Let it breathe through your soul.
