PROJECT UPDATE ON EV CLEANROOM IN PACIFIC NORTHWEST The Project Team installed the fan filter units (FFUs) in the ceiling. Equipped with fans and High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA)/Ultra-Low Pe*******on Air (ULPA) filters, FFUs work by maintaining a clean and particle-free cleanroom environment.
