The Transformational attributes's Guiding Change competency implements intentional, systemic strategies and actions to enable the spread, scale and sustainability of change efforts. Advanced: Refines actions to optimize scalability and sustainability across context by experimenting with approaches and predicting outcomes

The Portrait of a Leader captures the essential knowledge, skills and mindsets educators need to lead sustainable, learner-centered change within educational systems. The second edition includes competency-based progressions that support reflection, growth and continuous learning — designed to enable personalized leadership development.
