Better news, my regular sourdough loaves seem to turn out pretty great

Being transparent, to me this is a presentational fail. Tastes amazing, but I didn’t get the garlic spread out enough and should’ve used less garlic and chopped it up. I’ll be remaking next week and making changes to see if that turns out better- besides the garlic the crumb seems to be good
