Locate the date and complete that number of reps of the movement posted. Then move backwards, repeating each day before. For example, on the 5th, you’ll perform 5 burpees, 4 lunges, 3 push-ups, 2 sit-ups, and 1 air squat. Wall sits and plank holds = seconds. Good luck! 🎁🎄
