Reconess is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Nablus office, Palestine. The Human Resources Manager will be a key member of the leadership team. You will oversee all aspects of Human Resources including employee engagement, compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, off-boarding, and more. The Human Resources Manager will help to build, improve, and maintain scalable processes. You will understand the importance of a highly satisfied, happy, and well-supported workforce and will be a champion of our culture.
Competencies:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field required with 2+ years of dedicated HR role and management experience
· Knowledge of ATS and ERP systems
· Able to multi-task and organize workload for effective implementation
· Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving aptitude
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Able to work independently with little supervision
· Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
· Strong client orientation and results-driven
· Able to build consensus and influence decision-makers
· Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines
Responsibilities:
-Assist in the development, documentation, and improvement of processes, procedures, and policies
-Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations' human resources and talent strategies
-Handle low/medium risk employee relations issues, provide consultative support/guidance to managers with a fact-based approach
-Conduct exit interviews, identify trends, and provide recommendations
-Builds capacity of individuals and teams through effective employee development, involvement, communication, and supervision efforts
-Creates a strong, mutually supportive work spirit and culture where people can do their best
-Establishes trust and inspires others
-Support the annual salary review process by working in close collaboration with local management
-Act as back-up support to the management team for payroll and audit-related processes
-Execute Reconess’ talent acquisition strategy to include sourcing methodology as well as assessment & selection guidelines
-Leverage Smart Recruiters tool in all facets to support acquisition & selection strategy
-Execute the talent management agenda including onboarding, development planning, and regular performance review process>in particular, lead the onboarding process and hold managers accountable to implement.
-Advise managers in best practices to lead and develop team members
-Partner with seniors to implement global and local training tools as needed

• Familiar with modern data lakehouse architecture along with technologies like Apache Parquet, Hive, and Hudi.
• Familiar with data streaming architecture using AWS Kinesis or Apache Kafka.
• Familiar with Apache Spark using Scala and Python.
• Familiar with data workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Familiar with AWS Services like S3, Glue, EMR, Athena, Lambda, and Step Functions or something similar using GCP/Azure.
• Familiar with Visualization & BI tools.
• Experienced with version control like Git.
• Familiar with CI/CD and MLOps.
