It doesn't have to be fancy, aesthetic, or massive- small gardens will still feed your family! This year our old garden is a chicken run. I've been busy with all of the animals, homeschooling, my chronic illnesses, etc. My garden isn't massive BUT it's still producing and feeding my family.
I'll be supporting local farmers, & starting some late season seeds. We built a greenhouse for growing this Winter and I'm super excited. Homesteading isn't all or nothing. Do what you can, with what you have!

The reality of chronic illness. Just woke up from anesthesia, the procedure went well & all is looking good! I'll probably be a little MIA as I recover and solo parent this week.
