Customer complaining of hardwood floors popping during the winter. Lack of humidity was causing the wood to shrink and pop. Old humidifier wasn't enough to humidify the house , stepped up to an Aprilaire steam humidifier. Steam humidifier will not only humidify the house better but will also save on the heating bill.

Customer converted empty attic space into a bedroom. Even with insulation it wouldn't cool properly. Added a mini split heat pump and gave the space its own dedicated, high efficient system.
