Relate Search has been retained on a search for a Controller with an industry-leading powersports manufacturer in Lebanon, MO.

This is a strong opportunity to step into an on-site finance leadership role with a stable, growing organization and make a direct impact on business performance. The Controller will own budgeting, forecasting, product costing, pricing analysis, financial reporting, and month-end close while serving as a key partner to the Operations Manager, General Manager, Corporate Accounting, and plant leadership.

This role is ideal for a manufacturing finance leader who enjoys telling the story behind the numbers, improving cost accounting systems, strengthening controls, and translating financial insight into action.
