Saturday has been labeled Demo Day for the last month and Sam (and our son) were definitely looking forward to getting their Chip Gaines on.
This corner housed a dry bar and a typical 90s style pass through over the sink. Our original hope was to take out this wall fully and make it an island; but moving the required plumbing and vent work isn’t worth the design. Thankfully, we had a second design in mind that will work perfectly.
