Happy Friday everyone! Today’s post is a bit different than usual. Am I the only one who loves a good motivational quote? How about this “mini pep talk”? I know that I can’t be the only one who struggles with self-doubt and constantly feeling overwhelmed, especially in this industry. Being a cosmetologist is a lot more than many may think. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fun and exciting. But, there’s a lot of thought process, time management, money and much more that goes along with it. You guys only get to see the fun part. However, there would be no fun without all the behind the scenes. I’d say my biggest down fall is being a perfectionist. Sometimes I need a reminder that it’s okay to make mistakes. Mistakes create lessons and those lessons will only make you grow. I guess all I’m trying to do here is spread a little motivation. I know that I need it sometimes. I hope this gives all my fellow cosmetologists a little push to keep going. ✨🤍
