Hey everyone, 🌟

I want to take a moment to share something important with you all. As many of you know, I’m a self-employed hairdresser, and have been in the business for over 33 years!

However, I need your help to keep things running smoothly. Lately, I’ve had a few last-minute cancellations that I haven’t been able to fill. Unfortunately, when this happens, it impacts me financially because I don’t get paid if someone isn’t in my chair. Like everyone, I have monthly expenses—rent, supplies, phone bill, insurance, and gas to drive to work—and these things are just my business expenses. My home and living expenses not included.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans change, but I kindly ask for a little extra notice (48 hrs)if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This way, I can try to fill the spot with another client who’s been waiting to get in. If you have made appointments and continually cancel them, you will no longer be rebooked. Unfortunately it happens all too often and it results in loss of income.
