Running a dog training business is a massive job, and I couldn't do it alone. Today, I want to give a massive shoutout to the ultimate behind-the-scenes MVP-Joel.
Whenever I need to step away for a day, have a packed schedule, or just need an extra set of hands, he picks up absolutely everything without missing a beat. From managing routines to keeping the gears turning, he ensures every dog in our care stays safe, happy, and on track.
But he goes way beyond just helping with logistics.
As a trainer, I work with all kinds of behaviors and comfort levels. Whenever we have a pup who is a bit unsure, nervous, or weird around men, Joel goes completely above and beyond. He has such a patient, grounded way of helping those dogs build confidence and realize that guys aren't so scary after all. It is a massive asset to the work I do, and the dogs absolutely love him for it.
