Lately my mind has been stuck in the future…
trying to figure everything out all at once.
Spending this weekend in nature was a reminder I didn’t know I needed.
Sun on my face, colors everywhere, quiet moments with good people…
and just like that, I felt back in the present.
No pressure.
No timeline.
Just this moment 🤍
Ahh how I love a good nature reset!

The most important part of a yoga class or wellness retreat isn’t the asana practice… 🌱
When I first started practicing yoga more regularly, it actually took a while to find a class that felt right.
Maybe it was the environment, the style, or the instructor’s approach. I could never quite pinpoint exactly why some classes felt good and others didn’t.
But when I did find a class I loved, I just knew.
Now that I’m the instructor, I realize the most important thing for me is the environment.
Creating a space where people feel safe.
A space where there’s freedom to be whoever you need to be that day.
No comparison.
No pressure to perform.
Just an open space to move, clear your mind, connect, or simply be.
That’s honestly what brings me the most joy after a class… When someone tells me they enjoyed it, I like to think it’s because the environment allowed them to show up exactly as they needed to.
As I continue to hold classes and retreats, this is my goal. To hold a space that lets You be You in whatever version that is that day.
💫Showing up is the hardest part.

I can’t imagine my life without sport.
It shaped me long before I knew how to name it.
It gave me confidence, pride, and a deep sense of belonging. That feeling of being a part of something bigger than me.
It taught me how to lose, reflect, and keep going and to train hard even when I didn’t want to.
Being an athlete made me unafraid to take bigger leaps, even when failure is part of the deal.
I’m competitive, but deeply a team player.
I fight for what I believe is right.
I show up. I commit. I try again.
Through movement, I’ve connected with people all over the world, across languages, cultures, and abilities.
What started on courts and fields carried me into gyms, studios, and my career, helping others move and experience the benefits of sport far beyond the physical.
Sport gave me a voice before I ever realized I was using it.
Grateful for every lesson, every teammate, and every space that shaped me.
Happy National Women in Sports Day 🤍
