Leader Breakthru

For the last 16 years... I have been involved to helping gifted leaders learn how to better coach how God is at work shaping each of our lives for Kingdom purposes.

The focus has been on coaching the person, instead of just the problem.

Here is my final, on-line training group that completed their training yesterday. Participants were from Napal, Shanghai, Australia, Singapore, and throughout the U.S.

Each were trained in the IDEA coaching model I developed... and utilize TRAC, Stuck, Focused Living, Apex and Resonance on-line processes, in their local contexts. Passionate Christ-followers will now be coached and empowered, around the world, as a result of our time together.

The training will continue on with those I have trained who will do it even better, in the days ahead!

We can no longer afford to be a church that hides behind its walls, in all its various forms.

Its time.
Time to live out our lives, out in the open, and take the church with us. Time to take the focus off the church, and place it where Jesus did... onto his Kingdom.
