CARPLS welcomes our newest Staff Attorney, Lianne Foley. Lianne comes to CARPLS with a background in healthcare law, but before law school she had a different calling; she was a s*x trafficking and crisis counselor. She holds a master's in social work from Stony Brook and is a 2019 graduate of Loyola Law School.
