Wedding waiting. We were forced to wait inside a barn in order to walk the 1 mile to the wedding site. We made the best of it with taking photos and dancing. No, we had no animals to dance with.

Physical violence is never acceptable unless your life or another's life is truly at risk...self defense. Most of the time words can be more powerful (and damaging if not weilded properly). Will Smith could have been hugely powerful and seen as a hero to nearly everyone if he had only weilded powerful and intelligent words in front of the world. He could have defended his amazing wife and at the same time proved Man can and will be and do better. A conversation about how to Respond nonviolently would be a healthy way for the media to use this for the advancement of a more civilized society.

Our capitalistic society has created a Me vs You mentality. I win, you lose. Or you win, I lose. We can create a win-win society if we truly make sure there is no loss. It is possible if we live our lives in a mindset of abundance rather than one of scarcity. It starts with us.
