To be honest I’ve gotten people thinking I am Hawaiin, Native American, Middle Eastern, Indian, every other random Asian and Latin Countries etc…

My parents are Salvadorian but we have Spanish, indigenous, French, and Arab blood 🩸

The best bath for detoxing, joint/muscle relief, chronic pain, and feminine health! 🛁🫧

Baths are also great for relaxing and self care!

- Run your bath warm-hot to fill your tub, this creates a sauna like experience and opens your pores
- Add 1/2 cup of baking soda (great for detoxing, healing, and to prevent any feminine issues), add 1/2-1 cup of pure Epsom salts - no extra fragrances added (great for detoxing, healing, and exfoliating skin), 1/4-1/2 cup of your choice of clean oils that are good for your skin and pores such as almond oil/jojoba oil/olive oil. Feel free to add any essential oils for extra benefits and amazing smells to add to your sauna like bath! 🛁🫧

Feel free to do a face mask/hair mask and use a scrub to exfoliate your skin which I like to do! Keep a tall glass of water near you to prevent dehydration and further detox!
