PactPodz is a social network narrowly focused on helping members achieve their goals and build real connections, online and offline, through daily accountability group check-ins and in-person meetups. The community runs on the PactPodz Momentum Method:
Daily Momentum Sessions. Twenty minutes, every weekday morning. Five minutes of silent planning, then timed rounds where each person names their w
ins, losses, Daily Commitments, North Star Goal, and personal affirmation out loud. The app runs the format. No facilitator, nothing to track, you just show up. This is the foundation. Four or five people who meet daily for a week before rotating. Long enough to know who is flaking and who is showing up. Short enough that nobody gets stuck and the network keeps growing. Financial Stakes. Members set a daily stake of $1 to $100 when joining. Miss too many sessions in a week and the forfeit charges. This makes the words you say matter outside the session. Staked Commitments. At least one per week, a specific thing you commit to doing with money behind it. 24 hours to do it, 24 more for peer review. Fall short and the forfeit charges there too. Turns "I should do this" into "I'm doing this by Wednesday." The Community. What compounds with consistency: a directory of members you have shared mornings with, a feed of real people sharing what is and is not working (no bots, ads, or algorithms), The Board for member services, and co-working sessions for the work itself. Together, the PactPodz Momentum Method takes what people normally do alone, badly, in their heads, and forces it out into a room with witnesses, on a timer, with money on the line. Who it is for. People whose work only moves if they move it: founders, freelancers, agents, researchers, coaches, builders. They know other people are not optional and have tried apps, habit trackers, and group chats with nothing sticking. How to get started. Attend a Sample Session. Free, 30 minutes, the actual format rather than a demo, weekday schedule. Reserve a seat through the events list here, or at pactpodz.com
