Felt like I lived several different lives this past decades.
I’ve had a lot of pain and loss, but will remember the joy and love from others as I navigated all these obstacles.

Seems like so much is happening everyday, so my phone usage has skyrocketed. Everything in moderation…

Wrote this poem originally back in 2022 after dealing with long COVID and a major depressive episode.

Life hasn’t been easier any since, but I’m mentally fitter than I’ve ever been. Trauma and grief are just as painful, but I’m more prepared to deal with it in a healthy manner.

Thank you to all the stars in life that kept me going when I didn’t see it in myself 🙌🏽💗
