Man, I’m so proud of this team. 🙌
In less than a year, we went from 8 people to over 💯 strong—and that’s no small thing.
Imagine what we can do in 2 to 3 years.
Currently visiting my team here in the Philippines 🇵🇭, and seeing the impact up close is just incredible.
It took late nights 🕓, lots of travel ✈️, non-stop meetings 📆… even missed a ton of lodge meetings. ▧☫G
But none of it would’ve been possible without this amazing crew we call The BOSS System.

Quarterly Planning: Done and Dusted!
We wrapped up our quarterly planning session—and wow, there’s something powerful about pressing pause to realign with purpose.
Here’s what we tackled:
• Reviewed last quarter’s Rocks
• Reset our Vision & Traction Organizer
• Tackled the tough issues
• Got the team fully aligned for the next 90 days
These full-day sessions aren’t just about strategy—they’re about leading with clarity, making space for vision, and building momentum that lasts.
Pro tip: Step away from the daily grind. Eliminate distractions. Be fully present. Your future self—and your business—will thank you.

💔 My heart is heavy for my autistic son today.
Today, my son was removed from school.
We were called to pick him up — told he can’t come back until he undergoes a “crisis intervention.”
The principal’s words: “We’ll accept him back once he’s assessed and tested.”
But the waitlist for assessment and testing? Over a month out.
So basically… he’s banned from school for the rest of the year.
Why?
They said he was “hurting himself.”
(No he wasn’t. He has a song he loves, and at the end he playfully bumps his head. It’s his routine. His joy.)
They also accused him of making “threatening shooting gestures.”
(In this video I asked him what he did. He flexed his arms in his own unique version of playing "rocks, scissors, paper, shoot." And this according to his teacher, is threatening. He’s autistic. His behavior was misread — again.)
This is not safety. This is exclusion. This is discrimination.
Autistic kids deserve understanding, not exile.
They deserve support, not punishment.
I’m heartbroken. Tired. Frustrated.
Common sense and empathy have left the building.
Schools CAN do better.
I’m not “just” an .
I am my son’s voice until the world learns how to listen.
