FYI-
i am starting to prep for my 1st colonoscopy which is scheduled for tomorrow morning.
The actual procedure i am not having any issues with...
but i am so upset and angry about how i have recieved information about the process and all the shenanigans and timing of said shenanigans that are needed to make sure my bowels are ready!
So i am probably going to be cranky, hangry, and seriously sleep deprived at various moments throughout the next few days until it is over and some semblance of my regular routine is reestablished- eating, sleeping and exercise.

i will be doing the Brick By Brick Session- 60 Hours over 60 Days to Mark my 60 Years- this morning and hopefully again tomorrow late afternoon. Trying to not miss a day in this project. Tomorrow will be the half way mark!
