AppointmentsIQ is looking for Talent Sourcers that are responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates with specialized skills to fill vacancies. They will interact with potential candidates online, and schedule interviews with senior members of the AppointmentsIQ Recruiting Team.

Talent Sourcers will evaluate and screen potential candidates to fill vacant positions. A key element of this position is the ability to attract best-fit candidates for the openings. Success in this role will be determined by providing an increased number of qualified candidates and retention rates.

Responsibilities

* Utilize Linkedin, to find, connect and match candidates to open positions
* Communicate with Senior Team for the available positions and their requirements
* Create job postings and send connection requests on Linkedin
* Manage candidate interview schedule with Recruiting Team
* Maintain Social Media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
* Develops database for current and future hires

Job Requirements

* Minimum 6 months of experience as a Sourcer, Recruitment Agent, or related role
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of Linkedin and how to best use search function to source high quality candidates
