I’m thrilled to announce that I am collaborating with in Geneva to host a Chef’s Tasting. This five-course celebration of traditional French cuisine is inspired by my travels abroad, bringing the essence of each region to your plate.
The menu will consist of:
Amuse-Bouche - Mushroom Pâté with Pickled Grapes and Salted Radish with Imported French Butter and Fresh Herbs
First Course - Citrus Salad, Arugula, with Goat Cheese and Shallot-Lemon Vinaigrette
Second Course - Gazpacho Provence
Third Course - Tenderloin of Beef with Bordelaise and Potato Pave
