Our Los Angeles team came together recently at the Santa Monica Pier for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) PurpleStride event. Over the past few years, our LA team has raised an incredible $100,000 to support pancreatic cancer research and patient services. What started as a way to remember and honor our team member, Yuri Feldman, has become a meaningful tradition rooted in hope, connection, and community.

Supporting our neighbors touched by cancer is deeply important to us. Events like these are a powerful reminder of why staying engaged with the world around us matters — and how much hope, strength, and connection can grow when a community comes together to support one another, even in the hardest of times.

Our recent community craft nights have brought residents of all ages together for creative, calming evenings filled with connection and laughter. It’s amazing how a simple activity can spark meaningful conversations and new friendships between neighbors and our teams. These small moments of connection are what help turn an apartment community into a place where people feel connected, welcomed, and truly able to thrive together.
