I subsisted on processed food and take out and I certainly never saw the inside of a gym! However, into my thrities, I realized I wasn't feeling so hot. I had a lot of anxiety. Holiday Weekend Tip: Eat breakfast and/or lunch including protein BEFORE you go to a bbq. If you go hungry, you'll be more likely to pig out on munchies and overeat. If you eat a meal or 2 before you go, you can enjoy all the good food and not go home wishing you had your elastic waist pants on. Enjoy!!
