It is natural to feel unmotivated or tired to workout. Going to the gym might turn out to be a herculean task sometimes.

But if we want to achieve any worthwhile goal, we need to be disciplined and do things despite how we feel.

So:

Don't procrastinate. Start your training regardless of how you feel.

Stick To a Plan: Start your day with a plan. You can write a to-o list and include your workouts in it.

Be Consistent: Being consistent can be quite hard, especially when you don't feel like training. However you need to be consistent with your training schedule.

Spice up your training: In order to avoid monotony, spice up your training with varieties.

Don't be hard on yourself: Go at a pace most comfortable for you so you don't get physically unmotivated.
