Friday night bowl… chicken thigh with taco seasoning, black beans, and fire roasted corn in tomato sauce, shredded cheese, avocado, a dollop of Daisy over a cubed sweet potato!! So, so delicious and healthy!! Summer is coming, I plan to be ready! :-)

A young lady named, Dana Kornas gave this to me back in the early 90’s… I was her supervisor. We’ve spoken a few times over the years, she was always surprised that I still had it. :-) I saw that she passed away and I want her family to know that she was a good person. :-). May she rest in peace.
