A Body of Water — coming soon to WNDR Chicago
WNDR is proud to announce our collaboration with (Alina Nazmeeva and John Wagner), the selected artists for our Artist Showcase program. Blending Alina’s background as a media artist with John’s expertise as an architect, the duo merges digital simulation with material assembly to create immersive spatial experiences.
Coming to WNDR, their installation, A Body of Water, invites visitors to inhabit the layered depths of Lake Michigan, transforming scientific measurements of the lakebed into a dynamic, immersive environment.
As visitors move through the installation — walking between suspended layers, pausing, or sitting within the space — they gradually descend into a volumetric cross-section of the lake.
If you’re interested in learning more about Studio NAWA, visit the WNDR website or explore their work directly through their website https://n-a-w-a.com
Stay tuned for behind-the-scenes moments, installation updates, and more.
