M13 Ensemble

Though this is not M13, here is my recently completed arrangement of Blondie's 1980 hit single, "The Tide Is High", written for the CCBB (Chicago Composers Big Band) first concert performance a couple years ago. The mandate for arrangers was to choose a tune that was, at any time in it's entire history, a number 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 List. I hope you dig it.

M13's "1 Human, Too Human" is now on Pandora. It took much longer to be approved and uploaded than I thought, but it's there. Check it out if you're a Pandora user - it'll be interesting to see what other music comes up on an M13 "station"!

Sorry for lack of posts/gigs of late. I have been finishing up a couple big commissions for other organizations. M13 will resurface later this summer with new material. There are some special, new project ideas swimming around it'll take some time to render everything.

Well, our longstanding, monthly residency at Quenchers has officially come to an end. Thanks to musicians, fans and listeners who kept us going there for as long as it lasted.
