What is "portrait length" or a "portrait lens"? Here are a couple of snapshots of our son. The wide angle shot on the left is fun because it contextualizes him in his grandparents' house around Halloween. However, the picture is more about the event and less about him. I snapped the picture on the right randomly while setting up my camera and took the shot at 70mm, which is often used for portraits. It's not a composed photograph at all, but it feels incredibly personal.

As of this evening (and mostly thanks to the fact that Lindsey has way more Facebook friends than I do) we got to 50 likes. That's actually pretty great because it helps other people find us. We also got our first tentative booking since opening up this page. So thank you for supporting our little side gig!
