The Chicago PR Project

The Puerto Rico Project is a street outreach harm reduction organization dedicated to meeting people’s basic needs by restoring dignity and improving the quality of life for individuals affected by stigma and harm. We attain this by implementing resources and practical strategies aimed at reducing negative consequences for people impacted by social inequalities.
