About The Role

Reputation Elevation is expanding its team by onboarding a new Client Relationship Manager and Technical Assistant to help clients when they have technical difficulties with Go High Level, and to help out with various technical tasks including Go High Level, Wordpress, landing page builders, etc.

This role is all about giving clients a 5-star customer service experience, while helping out with various technical tasks that we need help with.

Within this role, you will:
• Onboard new clients and train them on our software system and process
• Build and maintain relationships with clients via Zoom, phone, chat, and email
• Keep records of clients interactions/comments/complaints
• Chat with our clients and help them deal with any technical difficulties they have using our software
• Handle Wordpress tasks and troubleshooting
• Use various other website builders, such as Duda.co
• Use landing page builders
• Help with Go High Level setup and troubleshooting
• Check over link building reports from vendors to ensure that they are accurate
• Optimize and improve processes
• Other duties assigned as necessary

The tools used to communicate and manage the workload include:

• Zoom & Google Chat
• Google Docs
• Trello
• Time Doctor
• Screencast-o-matic

Although some support will be provided to you once you join the company, experience and expertise are expected from the successful candidate. In your first weeks, you will have an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the business, Go High Level accounts, etc.

• At least three years of extensive webmaster, website design, landing page, and marketing automation experience
