NEW: Alongside our partners at the University of Chicago, CAF has released a study in that shows one of the many additional burdens put on abortion seekers since the fall of Roe in 2022.
Our research, via CAF and UChicago, found that CAF callers are traveling more than 3️⃣x as far to access care than they were just a few years before, and those miles add up to higher costs and more logistical challenges. Abortion bans create real hardship for thousands of people seeking care each year, and CAF is ready to meet that moment and get our callers the care they need, want, and deserve. 💪
