One of our clients, a manufacturer of metal stamping for the automotive industry, a Warehousing Associate. This position is on-site and non-exempt at $20 per hour.

Summary of Responsibilities:
•Coordinates to prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area; processing shipping document.
•Coordinates to maintain inventory controls by checking orders and running inventory reports.
•Coordinates to maintain quality service by following organization standards.
•Coordinates to maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
•Coordinates to complete reports by entering required information.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

One of our clients, a logistics company located in Elk Grove Village, IL is looking for a logistics coordinator. This position is full-time and direct hired. The salary is $17-18/hour and non-exempt. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM (Overtime may be required)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the repacking of freight
Handles quotes for prospective customers
Communicates with clients and vendors about shipment progress
Responsible for transaction reports to facilitate billing for shippers and carriers
Deals with claims with insurance companies
Responsible for ground transportation to make sure delivery is completed by coordinating with internal and external parties
Receives documents from overseas agents and customers
Some overnight travel may be required
Tracking of shipments
Qualifications:

Must have an Associate Degree
Preferably, 0-1 year of experience in transportation industries
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure

Bond Consultants is a Dynamic Employment Firm providing excellent human resources services throughout the U.S. One of our clients, Global Logistics Company is currently looking for Bilingual: Spanish Dispatcher who is able to utilize their strong Spanish/English language skills and trucking experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Plans loads while maximizing driver hours and loading miles
Manages and utilizes available resources to meet these priorities; anticipate change and/or problems and reallocate resources when necessary
Arranges forecasted loads based on sales and market trends
Communicates with customers and drivers providing brief instruction or information
Gathers required information or to determines potential problems / warning signs. Expedites information when necessary
Maintains good relationships with customers and drivers; utilizes relationships to influence others and gain willing cooperation
Other dispatch duties may be assigned

Requirements/ Qualifications:
Must be able to speak/write Spanish fluently
High School diploma / GED required
Be able to take multi-task duties
Microsoft Word & Excel
1-2 years dispatch experience required

Working Hours:
Monday through Friday (8:00AM – 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch breaks)

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Complete all orders assigned while maintaining a high level of product quality
Perform assembly and packaging duties to specifications
Ensure proper documentation on Bill of Ladings and other shipments
Arrange and maintain pick up times with freight carriers
Responsible for maintaining stock of accessories and shipping materials
Receiving purchased material, verify PO, and inspect for damage
Operate pallet jack or forklift to load and unload

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
High School Diploma or GED, required
Shipping/receiving experience as a warehouse worker, Preferred
Forklift operator experience, Preferred
Must possess good mathematical skills, basic computer skills and good oral and written communication skills
