I enjoy working and building community in kitchens of all types. As a chef, I’ve definitely had to stay open minded to what is next. This is why my company focuses on innovation. It is all interesting and inspiring.
It’s another beautiful day when you can teach your daughter classic techniques. For the dinner party I’m putting together a very classical and traditional Polish meal. It’s gonna be another beautiful day.

Last night my wife Kathy and I got to celebrate our eldest son’s 25th birthday and the 25th anniversary of us starting CBCI. Feeling grateful!
