Hi, I’m Olivia!

It’s been a while, but not a day goes by that I don’t think about this space and all the beautiful things I love to create. A lot has changed since I last shared—our family grew (twice!), we traded city life for two acres in the suburbs, and, while pregnant with our second, I built an 1,800 sq ft garden from the ground up. Going from an urban patio to a sea of raised beds has been an adventure—equal parts hands-on learning and deep-dive research.

Over the past year, I’ve been immersed in garden planning, building raised beds, companion planting in Zone 6a, trellising, seeding, seasonal gardening, and, of course, figuring out what to do with all the harvests (bugs included). It’s been a wild, rewarding ride, and I’m excited to share more—what we’ve built, where we’re headed, and all the new products I’m dreaming up using the things we grow.

The last few garden days are upon us. With temperatures slowly dropping it’s time to collect what’s left of our goodies. Herbs are being snipped for drying, the beds are getting prepped for frost, and anything we can save will slowly be brought inside. I’m not ready!
