Some Grip work I got a chance to be apart for in 2025 during the summer! It was awesome building the set with some older tungsten lights like Mole Richardson and plugging them into dmx dimmers for the gaffer to program them and build cues! Overall It was a really cool shoot and super grateful to be in a room full of extremely talented people!

Another piece that I got to gaff earlier for ! Gaffing this was really cool because it was multiple one shot music video so the goal was to try to light the whole space! But it wasn’t too bad as l’ve had more confidence in lighting a space by this time.
During this time I was also learning and reflecting on how to manage a crew of grips and utilize them to help me light. Overall I felt more confident and it only made me excited to hop on set and play the role of a gaffer!

Some shots from a shoot I a chance to gaff!
Last year when I started doing gaffing work, one of my 1st opportunities to play the role as a gaffer was for a shoot called WayV 威神v°秘境（Kick Back Spec MV for
CLAID Chinese New Year Show Trailer. Looking back I was still very new to lighting but this shoot taught me a lot and helped me with understand the role a gaffer plays and what is expected from a gaffer, I took a lot of tips from the DP who helped me shape myself as a better gaffer. This was a shoot that really allowed me to learn the information that I needed to learn and apply it for the future shoots that I had coming for the year of 2025!
Anyways I huge shoutout to the crew at for letting me apart of it and huge shoutout to and for bringing us on! And to the amazing crew!
Haven’t kept up with posting any work for the reason that this year has just been an awesome busy year. So with the year wrapping up! I wanted to lay out some of my favorite projects I’ve been apart throughout the next coming weeks with some small reflections on each project!
This year I got many opportunities to assist on set from doing Grip work, to Gaffing, DP work, and camera work. I got a chance to learn a lot from all perspectives which is an amazing to experience to have! I’m super thankful for all the Producers, DPs, Gaffers, and Directors that brought me out to their projects!
With that being said I’ll be posting hopefully 8 videos in the next few weeks to make up me not uploading my work the entire year lol.
