It’s where I learned directly from my culinary heroes Jacques Pèpin, Jacques Torres, Andre Soltner, and Alain Sailhac. It’s where I learned to swear proficiently in both French & Spanish. It’s where I survived 9/11. It’s where I met my people, and now it’s gone
